Rip off

Spoke to a representative via telephone about resurfacing rotors. Told me it would be 30 dollars per rotor.

Went in a couple weeks later, was charged 60$ per rotor. Asked about Triple A discount (states 15% on website for ALL services), was told it doesnt apply to brake work. I bit my lip at the time, planning to bring it to a managers attention. Paid 120$ plus shop fees tax etc...

While working on my car, one of the fellas comes over and tries to sell me a brake pad replacement (told me i had less than 10% life remaining) for an extra 120$ - to which i replied i would do it myself.

Spoke to manager a few days later about discount and he replied that it is their policy that they dont retrodate discounts under any circumstances. Fine, 20 bucks isnt worth my time and aggrevation.

The main reason im writing this RIP OFF report is because i just bought brand new Bosch brakepads for my car. Went to install tonight and checked my old brakepads... OVER 50% life remaining... Not a joke! Measured 9mm thickness!
