This company, 4d technology solutions, called me up this morning, saying they found my resume on Monster.com and were interested in me. I just graduated with my Masters and with the economy being bad, any news is good news for me. So anyways, I got all worked up and she did an interview with me. She sounded indian. After about half hour she had her technical head call me for a second interview. She was indian too. After stating all the terms she sent me an approval email. This is the email that international students dream about, check it out:

Hello XYZ,

Welcome to FourDimensions Technology Solutions. You have been approved and selected for the August 18th 08 batch for training on the following terms and conditions that we mutually agreed upon the phone:

1. You will be attending an unpaid training program for three to six weeks through our training partner company, TrainPro School of IT in Fullerton, and the cost of the training will be paid by FourDimensions Technology Solutions to TrainPro School of IT on your behalf. The training will cover both Business Analyst and Quality Assurance skills, as well as brushing up your interview and presentation skills before you are presented to our clients.

2. There will be a 15-month commitment between you and the company; you will be working on project with us for 15 months after the training. The contract will be signed by you before the start of the training and a copy of the contract will be provided to you, duly signed by the management of FourDimensions Technology Solutions.

3. Your starting pay rate will be $55,000 per annum, plus you will be getting a $5000 promotion every 6 months. You will be paid 60% of the billing rate with 5% increase every six months for a year once you complete the 15-month contract with us.

4. Your H1 will be sponsored by FourDimensions Technology Solutions in the month of April and will begin in October. FourDimensions Technology Solutions will also sponsor your green card in the coming future, based on certain terms we will be discussing soon.

1. An e-mail confirmation:

A) That you are joining the company and that you have understood the terms and conditions as discussed with you by our manager.
B) That you are not under any contractual obligation with any other company.
C) That you are willing to relocate anywhere in the US for projects.
2. A copy of your social security card
3. A copy of your driver's license
4. A copy of your OPT/Passport
5. A copy of degree certificate
6. Proof of residence (e.G. Electricity bill, bank statement, phone Bill etc.)
7. Two references
8. Two emergency contact numbers
