I very rarely ask for assistance of any kind, but our family is in grave danger. Back in August We purchased a home that we thought was 1,234.16 a month. I am DC Fireman for 17 years & US Marine 10 years. Needless to say we do not make that much money so our options were small especially in the market at that time.

To make a long story short after much consideration and rechecking of loan terms we decided to purchase this property. The day of closing we find the total loan had been changed... We believe they knew what they were changing it to the entire time. We decided after turning this closing upside down
trying to get to the bottom of this change. Countrywide verbally agreed (in front of a room of 7 people) to refinance this loan in 1 year at no cost to us.

Again needless to say did not follow through with this promise. The year 2007 was very rough our mortgage that was supposed to be 1,234.16 was 3,300.00. We bring less than that a month. We had immaculant credit now we are destroyed. We have used every dime and credit cards to feed our children and pay our bills pay the mortgage and feed our kids. We tried filing a law suite no one will take the case unless we have money to spend. We tried to refinance the home and were denied since... We found we did not even qualify for the home we were living in. Another lie coutrywide forged documents stating we made more income than we did. We never stated or gave information that supports that income. We tried to sell the home and a partial claim, nothing worked. And still current on the mortgage... I add (but drowning in debt/paid on time)

We just did not have any other choice but to file bankruptcy. We are renting a home right now with our lives completly destroyed by these people. We would like to find some help so our family can get back our lives. Please contact us with any information you may be able to provide.
