Paragon Way is telling me that I have a debt from a Dillards credit card from 2001. I never have had a Dillards credit card, but apparently it is a fraudulent debt, they have my ss, my home phone, and address. I have received letters and phone calls. This is BS and I want to sue this company for harrassment and attempting to collect a fraudulent debt in my name, IT NEVER EXISTED!!!
