Freewellnesstes.com / HCRC Corp-William A. (Bill) Meidel I worked for this company, was never paid and have sponsors wanting to hang me

I was temporarlily employed as an Independant contractor for Freewellnesstest.com/HCRC Corp both owned and run by William A (Bill) Miedel.

My "job" was to solicit sponsorships for this (501-C-3) non profit organization for various projects such as selling advertising space on placemats that were to be donated to the VFW halls in both Springhill and New Port Richey, Florida-as well as "selling" a patient referral service via their website: Freewellness.com.
(To my knowledge, the one professional practice who purchased a lifetime listing on Freewellnesstest-for patient referrals has not yet recieved what their sponsorship"donation" payed for.) I suspect they will be coming after me as well. Mr. Miedel, who's whereabouts are unknown refuses to retun any phone calls or correspondance-such as the registered letter I sent terminating my relationship with him and his companies.

In return for these monetary sponsorships, sponsors (small business owners) were to have either an advertisement put onto an 11X17" full color, laminated placemat to be donated to both VFW halls mentioned, OR to have their professional practice listed on the "Refer a Doctor" section of Freewellnesstest.com.
To my knowledge only the Springhill VFW hall got some placemats donated, but not the full amount promised and No One, who wanted a listing for their professional practice, had ever been listed on the website

My understanding of this, is from those who only have MY name and number and call me constantly to remind me that I am party to fraud (as I was the only field-rep the company had).

The sponsors I took payment from are extremely displeased and have threatened me with legal action if I do not produce their money-back or the advertisement-or website referral placement - initially promised to them.

My tenure was brief, but after collecting checks (and turning them in to the main office) for sponsors of these various placements I am still being hounded by these "sponsors" who donated money for items, they claim, were never delivered.

Additionally, I, as an Independant Contractor, was to have been paid a monthly telephone allowance of $200.00 to cover expenses but was never paid and to this day-do not believe I will be.

Allot of people, hard-working business owners have gotten stiffed and I would truly hate to see anyone else be harmed or ripped of by them.

My advice to anyone who hears this name (FWTC-or-HCRC Corp) is to. RUN, far and fast. DO NOT let them get a dime of your money-they return nothing but promises
