Radius Financal Services Rip Off Claimed free terminal and computer with signing

This company advertises a free Dell computer, professional web site, free terminal for the life of your contract, low 1.19% charge per transaction.

We were told we would only be charged once a month for both businesses using the same machine.

Customer service is deplorable. Dishonest and out and out lies.

We are being charged for two accounts per month, plus another monthly bill from Northern Leasing Systems for the free terminal!

Transactions are being charged at over 3.00% per transaction up to 3.60%

The web site they made had nothing to do with our business and we would have to remake it to suite our company.

It took three months to get part of a computer out of them after two reports to the BBB.

We have canceled our account and expect to have more problems with them.

All the transactions are processed through the Sage company who has lost many customers because of Radius.

As Sage said they have had over a 100 complaints about Radius and with that many they can't all be wrong.

Save yourself money and time and stay away from Radius Financial Services for credit card processing. They are a big rip off company the old bait and switch tactic.
