Charged for a fake desinger purse and sent the wrong one ontop of it nationwide

I ordered a desinger purse online from CitiVogue. They sent a fake one from China. Not only did they bait and switch, but they sent the wrong purse. There is purposely no phone or address contact, so you can't even send back the fake item back, so they in turn get to keep your money. CitiVogue has a nice looking web site. Looks legit, but don't let looks deceive you. They insist that you put the charge on pay pay. Well guess what, there is no protection if you use pay pay unless you make a purchase through e-bay. This company really knows what they are doing. Once they have your money they will change there company name and web site and run off with your money. Save yourself the aggravation and save your money and find someone else that won't rip you off. Too top it off my credit card company, Citi Master Card won't even protect me from this fraudulent company. Tried contacting CitiVogue online and since they have my money they won't even talk to me.
