Travis Conner, Inc. Is a BIG SCAM and a JOKE! Made TWO Unauthorized Credits on Account!

I actually feel pretty silly and ashamed for falling for this one there were too many red flags, and I should have definitely smelled a rat! Actually, I did smell a rat but went with it anyway just to be sure. The company offers a "Home Mail Processor" program, where they claimed that they pay $60 for every letter mailed, " and again, I should have known better, but I was stupid! These people don't have a website or phone number, but I foolishly provided them with my credit card info via email to pay for the "Home Mail Processor" program. Well, I received the program a few weeks later, and it was pure garbage. It was nothing more than three pierces of paper stapled together, telling me to mail out the same sales letter I received and get paid $60 for every $70 SALE that is made! Of course, I immediately returned the program and demanded my money back! I emailed them as well, and someone actually had the nerve to email me back stating that they would hold $25 for the cost of printing the program (three sheets of paper!); it was laughable. I insisted that I wanted a FULL refund, and they agreed. This is not the worst part of the whole thing. I checked my credit account online about three weeks after the purchase and noticed that these crooks made TWO unauthorized charges of $120 each on my account, about six days apart! I immediately filed a complaint with my credit card company and also contacted the company via email. They gave a number of shameless excuses before finally saying sorry and that they would return the money. So far, I have received a refund for the program and $120 for ONE of the unauthorized charge. I'm still waiting to receive the other $120 they stole! What a sad excuse for a business this company is if you happen to come across them and considering giving them any money, THINK AGAIN! There program is garbage, and the company is shady and unethical. They will take money out of your account without your authorization!
