Took my money, got the link but it wasn't worth anything and would not give money back

I paid money for his Paid Survey and got the link and all the links to the paid survey sites but it was no good to me as I don't live in the US. He told me that there were plenty from other countries and I would be able to access them all.

When I emailed him to get a full refund as he had advertised he would give there was absolutely no reply and I am still waiting. I have since tried several times but to no avail.

I have even gone into some of his other web associates and made them aware of his shonky dealings in the hope that he will be left on his own.
