I am a thier landlord they have not paid rent for 3 mos and brought unwanted dogs in the house and they have ruined my house

I rented a single house two suposedly nice people she was working at a high school and for a home health care. He was a roofer. Little did I know that 2 weeks after they moved in they went to court for an eviction and non payment of rent and destruction. They have lived in my house since nov they have not paid any rent since April. They moved in more people and 2 dogs. 1 pit bull and a mastif puppy that has pooped all over inside and out.

I have taken them into court for harassing and threatening phone calls and for the property destruction on the exterior and nothing was done. The health dept has sited them for the dog poop and tires that are stacked with water (a breeding ground gor mosquiteos) but they have not cleaned the dog droppings it continues to pile up. Or the tires.

I wrote a letter to the editor of our local paper The North Adams Transcript
North Adams MA. Dated July 3.. Our papers are always knocking Bad Landlords
do they wonder why they are so bad, its because of tenants like these.
By the time the courts get them out. Between legal fees, lost rent and damages I will be out close to $10,000.00

These peolple have also bragged about how they ripped of the IRS by claiming other peoples children on thier taxes. Large earned income credit and bigger Stimulus Payment
