We had the unfortunate day that the 4 kirby salesman showed up in their van... They promised us so much and lied thru their pearly whites... I warned my husband about them... As they would not leave until he signed

2 yrs later and many problems later. I have ordered parts that never came and numbers never to be called back... They should be put out of business... I will burn this vacuum. With pleasure...
