To my surprise, I received TWO packages of 20 green bags each, all the same size, 5-3/4" wide x 15-1/4" long - not the order of 10 "medium" and 10 "large" I expected to receive. Also unexpected was the $61.80 charge to my account! The 800 number is answered by a computerized recording that goes on and on to sell more products, all of which I answered "no." They did not give a total amount of what they were charging me. They did not send a receipt or packing slip. I am disputing this charge.
