Rip-off continuing charging credit card

I order natural menopause pills, from tv commercial it was a trial period offer, for 3.95 if you cancel within trial period, you we not be charged and i also sent product back, and i called to make sure they received product back. I was told they receive product, and that i would recieve a refund for the 14.95 that was charged to my card. But after i spoke with easy saver i seen a refund, but they charged it back to my card in June and i check my statement this month and i see another charge for 14.95. I was told that it was cancel, but they continue to charge me...
