Arnott "Anthony" Barclay put a new roof on two of my properties and each one leaked with the first rain. Mr. Barclay was called numerous times about the problem. He promised each time to come by or call me back and he failed to do so. I contacted the BBB and he refused to reply to them. He is not a person of integrity and can not be trusted to treat his customers properly.
