Vista Prints
I was signed up for Vista Print Rewards and charged $16.99 per month, for 8 months before I caught it (my fault). I canceled, but charges continued, eventually causing an overdraft fee on my account

Miscellaneous

After having ordered buisness cards from Vista Print, and having a good to great experence (other than getting many, many promos on my e-mail, I started a trial WebSite through them, which did not work out. I attempted to cancel the website, and thought I had, but found out three months later I was still getting charged.
After contacting someone with Vista Prints customer service, they canceled the website, and the charges of $3.95 stopped.
Several months passed, and I checked my on-line account for some info, only to find that VistaPrints Rewards was charging me monthly for $16.99. I contacted my bank, and again, Vista Prints Customer Service, and was told they would cancel my membership to VistaPrint Rewards, something I did not ever know I joined.
Now here it is, the end of June statememt still reflecting another fee from Vista Print Rewards, this time for $20.95, and an overdraft fee on my account, I let the ballance fall below $20.00, I never use the card.
So, where do I go now? I agan contacted VistaPrints, again was told that the service would stop, this time I received a comformation saying so.
My concern is this: If this can happen to me, it must be happening to a lot of people. How can a company sell you a service and never let you know that you belong? How can you take advantage of a service when no one tells you what it is for, how it can save you money, or that you even belong to it.
Don't we need some kind of consumer law where a company needs to let you know that you are being charged for a service and what that service offers you, and can't we make it simple to opt out of such services at least as easy as it is to join them. Without jumping through all the hoops?

Thanks for the opportunity to complain,
