Magic Jack
Total Scam product doesnt work nor does online help and live reps... Will not refund money at all

I saw the ad for Magic Jack and thought maybe I can save money order the product. Got it 7 days later apparently the trial process begins when you make the order not when you get it. My card was chard about 10 days after I made the order. We tried on every computer even some friends computers who weren't as up to date still nothing. Tried over 20x the online help got no one accept once. Finally got a phone # from my card statement that leads to another #. About 7.5 weeks later still no refund and the product was returned 2 weeks after I got it. I am told repeatedly that it would be 5-7 days or in 24 hours. Never got anything!
