Paying for their screw-up

How about paying down escrow shortage, then getting letter that you have suspence account, then letter showing, payment has been reduced, then continue receiving higher mortgage payment bills. We continued to pay higher payment, then noticed on statement that our payment was reduced because of over payment. We payed every month on time. Then we receive notice of forclosure from their lawyers saying we owed back payments, try calling numerous times, and get nothing more than phone tag. Stress level now at its highest, contact our lawyers, their lawyers, to no avail. Its like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Every time you place phone calls its nothing more than mass confusion, I have lost work over this! Also after many faxes, phone calls, mailings, we get bill for services rendered from their attorney for $500 for something that should of never happened in the first place! Some HOMEQ SERVICING CO. Thanks for reading, all i want to know is where do i file for a class action lawsuit?
