No shoes, no refund, over two months late

I placed an order for three pairs of shoes. After a month and a half of waiting for them, I never received them. I cancelled my order and was told I'd get a refund in 7 business days. That never happened either, and they aren't replying to my e-mails about it. I'm going to try to dispute the charge on my debit card.
