I made a mistake of renting an apt from him on kinderhook st in chatham near the blue plate and i have suffered to say the least first off the chinese (chueng) panpan-amy ordered fuel and had the fuel company put it in my tank and they wouldn't pay so i went to court with first fuel and propane the judge knew they were telling lies and i won that battle then brian tells some no good lawyer kenneth esrick to tape a notice to my door and it is telling me i must move so here we go again another court battle.
Never call brian if you have a problem, once the door was left open and the cat threw up and i had to clean it up myself when i ask him he simply said what do you want me to do and you should start looking for another place to move.
Everything in this apt is illegal no grounded plugs, steps are under the proper measurement on codes and the bathroom stinks and it is moldy.
The chinese girl downstairs stole someone's cat and i have not seen it sense.
