Approved for loan I never got

I also applied for a loan with this company (sort of). I was referred from another company. They asked for insurance money because of high risk. Sent everything as requested and there were always more reasons to need more money. Finally said enough. I have 2 other number but they do not work anymore. 647-868-4433 and 866-856-7039 used to be option 2 for Carlton. There was also a person named Michael Greene involved and he supposedly talked to a lady named Lisa. Supposedly getting back my money but will believe that when I see it. Tracked cell number to the Toronto area and am extremely perturbed as well.
