Resurgent capital services also known as sherman aquisition is known for making bogus reports of monies owed. I have asked them several times to provide information on the debt they do not answer and cannot provide me with information. I took this matter to small claims court only to find out that they are not licensed to work in california. They have posted a negative rating in my credit report and refuse to clear it or provide me with information on why i owe this amount. After doing research on the company i found out that sadly enough i am not the only one this company is trying to rip off.
