In November of a girl came to my door representing herself as a girl that lived in my neighborhood selling magazine subscription in order for her softball team to go to Hawaii in play offs. She also stated she was home schooled.

Falling for this scam from this 16-17 yr old girl - I wrote a check for $52.00. My check cleared the bank but I never received the magazine. The number left on the receipt is bogus - as all I ever get is an automated voice mail where I've left many messages but no one ever calls me back.

I think this calls for some type of Class Action Lawsuit!!!
