Toner Pirates

This company sent us product that they claim we authorized to be sent - which of course we did not. Then they sent a bill. They are now hassling us with bills and threats to notify collection agencies.
We asked to send back the product they sent but of course they never sent anyone to pick it up.

This, as far as we can tell, is not a legitamate company: no one answers the phone so that begs the question how one might have 'placed' an order; they have no message machine; they have no website address; and their physica address is most likely a postal stop of some kind because no map recognizes the zip code.
We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and suggest anyone else who is toner pirated by this company do the same.
