I was ripped of by Jeff Fritz. Who knows how many other employees he's ripped off. He subleased a phone room in New Port Richey, FL but he also hires people to work from home. I was working in his phone room when he suddenly shut it down without even telling me or even asking for the key back.

After trying to call him for a couple of weeks he finally return me call and said he was just shutting down for a week and paid me part of my wages and said he will pay me the rest next week and to meet him the day he was planning on reopening his office.

Well he never did open back up and I have been calling him on my unpayed hourly and commisions since then. He kept asking me for the same information on what deals and hours I work and told me he will call me back. After awhile I would have to call him back and he said he lost the information to give it to him again.

He did this to me for several months and after I gave him proof of my sales for the last week he said he had no record of it. Now he won't return my calls or answer the phone.

He also never reported taxes on us or took them out of the checks and yet we were a W2 employee. I'm wondering if he's operating his business illegally. He's had his business under several other names like Empire Marketing, Fritzentive, etc. As well as been in several locations.
