They charge my acount without my authorization unknown unknown

When i was cheking my bank statment on 12/7 i found that i was charged $139.95 without my authorization and i never heard about MWI*PREMIERHEALTH in my life & when I call the bank they told me that was done online.
I am not sure where the charge came from but i recently ordered something from a TV ad
