In early June I ordered the Chella firming serum as a free trial as long as I paid $6.95 for shipping and handling. I opted not to open an actual account with Chella at that time because I wanted to see how well the serum worked before committing to anything. On June 27 I checked my bank account and found my account had an outstanding authorization of $97.43 to Chella Skin Care. I immediately went to Chella's website and established an account. It showed they had shipped me products (without my consent) on June 26 and that they had enrolled me in a 60-day replenishment program. I had not enrolled in any 60-day replenishment program on my own. There was no statement on the order page that I was joining a members club, and yes, being a savvy internet shopper, I looked.

I am not sure how good Chella's product is, and I will never find out. Chella obviously has some unethical business practices. I do not ever wish to do business with them again. I have already contacted my bank. I will decline to accept any package they have shipped. I will post my story on any Fraud, Scam, Rip-Off type website to warn other would be victims.

Beware of Chella.
