Unauthorized $17.95 monthly withdrawals from checking account

I discovered my checking account has been being accessed without my consent. Since November every month $17.95 has been withdrawn under a different check # so the bank can't stop this. I have no recourse because all #'s and e mail related to this are dead ends.
