The rich get richer, and the poor get poorer

I am not here to make any strong accusations, nor complain about any specific incident. I am only here to give you my honest observations, having worked there for 6 months.

Number one, The management makes the most money, and they make it at the expense of the officers. For example, our account manager is never at the site, and yet he collects a paycheck from it. That is money that could be used to either pay us more, or improve our situation.

Number two, they try to create an environment of dependancy between themselves, and the client. For example, installing expensive systems that the client does not have the time, nor the inclination to train their own employees on, creating a need.

Lastly, they do not care who they hire. I have met some of the worst employees on the planet there. The people they hire as leads, and supervisors have way too much power to ruin someone's career, and they often abuse those powers. They are usually not competant, or educated.

Supervisors, and leads are also not evaluated on any performance standards. Every site is a revolving door. The turn over rate is high, and people from all over the country are telling the same stories. The sad thing is... This may be the wrong and immoral way of running a business, but it is not illegal. I would warn anyone thinking of working here... Don't do it.

If you are thinking about contracting them, don't do it... If you do, don't ever turn your back on them. I am still with this company only because I have to be. Everything they tell you intraining about how great they are... Nothing but hype, smoke and mirrors. Just Think it over.-anonymous
