Said i won a lottery winings 39,000 said to call to claim got and machine that said it is full

I recied a check stating i won a lottery foe 39,000. I never put in for this and they gave a number to call. Said to ask for Kevin Joseph or Sara McDonald at 1-905-598-3763. When u call there a machcin that says it full. The funny thing is also say for security reasons we advise that you keep this award from the public until i claim has been finalized. It will help them pervent fraud and double claims.
