Unauthorized charges debited from Checking Account

I applied for a payday loan, skipped thru all the advertising, checked none of the advertising. Next day on June 2,08 I was checking the balance on my checking account. $31.98 was taken out of my account causing an overdraft. I contacted the bank to put a stop pay on this as I did not authorize. The bank put a stop payment for $39.00, Over draft fee of $34.00 and paid the 31.98. I called customer service for this company and it was cancelled immediately. Confirmation 2535357. I have been in contact several times with no response. I would like all my fees paid back to me including the 31.98 that was taken out and not authorized. I do not know where this company is to report them to BBB. Thank you for your time.
