Thank you for your report below - We have contacted the BBB also and if we don't get our $6,500 then we will not go away.
We went though the same expirence and dealt with the exact same people you did - I appreciate your honesty and we will be contacting all the numbers you gave us to get this resolved.
We have had a detective come out to our home yesterday to validate the Scam and we filed with the BBB the FTC and the Atourney General and the Cosumer affairs yesterday and we will be taking them to civil court if we don't get our money now.
If they do not give us our money back in 48 hours we are also going to file a class action with our Atty this Friday. If they do give us our money in 48 hours then I will ammend this report and let all of you know the outcome.
We run a very clean company and they were funding us to help other families save their homes and they told us that they were going to have us start a non-profit "community impact group". Then they told us we did not need to start the Non-profit because a company that wanted to fund us could get the IRS tax credit without us being a Non-profit.
All of these things were lies and missleading... This company does not want to help anyone - they only want to kick people in the teath and then they celebrate each day after they take your money as if it's a joke to hurt you. I guess all the employees are really hurt people themselves, and are now numb to the fact that some day Judgment will come and when it does they will go insane. We have seen this before and when people steal and lie to God's people they will have all the more price to pay because God gave that money to the people and then USA GRANTS INC is really stealing God's money. Sad.
