Con man, anti-military scam artist

This guy is a class act, he is on several auction site and purchased promo from us. Immedialty red flags were raised because he refused to wait for his payment to clear before services were rendered. We then cut him a refund check and sent him on his way, because we deemed him a "risk" to our security. As soon as the check cleared for over $300.00 he then issued a charge back from his credit card company, taking us for nearly $600.00 When called by our collections person he threatend to rape her and told her a woman should know her place. At this point, another member of our staff contacted him and he called police to try to get harrassment charges pressed against our firm for calling him 3 times in 2 days for the $600 he stole. He had his wife, partner in crime then call from a disposable cell phone (verified through skip tracing, voice match made from her answer of a phone call later on) pretending to be a police officer stating not to contact him via phone. At this point we researched him and found that he is a notorious conman and knows exaclty how far to push it before a civil complaint turns criminal. This man is a dead beat con man, beware.
