At&t really needs to pick up on it's customer service. Understood that it has gone places with it's marketing strategies and engulfing the IPhone contracts. However, that is probably the only gain they have.

I started off with an At&t service 6 years ago and had to cancel my account due to incompetent, unreasonable and rude customer service employees on the phone. My husband and I decided on subscribing to At&t again this time with the better phone. However, I am faced with the same complaint. I have been trying to move my account to a business account for the last two weeks, but in vain. I have spoken to at least 9 representatives who have failed to assist me and will not even talk to me if my needs don't match their notes 'exactly.
This is the worst telephone service and my friends and relatives have the same complaint. They just deal with it!
I wish the Apple had chosen a better carrier.
