Kohl's
Needs impovement on all levels

Kohl's treats it's customers better then it's employees. Human resources think it's ok to use sexual harrisment in their talks with employees.

I find many flaws with their the customer is always right. No matter what thinking.

I worked at Store Number 5280 in Shakopee. I was given 18 hours a week. After coming back from a horrible accident and being treated like worthless baggage. I see noreason to buy their expensive items when I could get the same thing at Target.
