G.E. MoneyBank Claims To Represent CareCreditCard GEMB They check my credit report w/o request or my approval. They are putting negative remarks on my credit report El Paso, TX

This outfit sent me a letter stating they closed my account. I don't remember opening one. When I called to find out what it was about, they wouldn't tell me; only that they closed it by their choice. They are giving me a negative report on the credit report

This account (whatever it is for) is 16 months old and never been used. I asked them to just close it at my request or because it was never used. I told them the way they worded the "Credit Line Closed-Closed by Credit Grantor" would be a negative report and would damage my credit. They refused to help me at all and both the person I spoke with and "Steve" the supervisor were rude and finally I had to ask him (Steve) to drop the attitude; it wasn't necessary.

The letter they sent has comments like present or past deliquency on "trades" Open-ended trades, % trades #trades. I don't know what that is and I am not opening credit cards with anyone and haven't in years. My credit is something I want to keep in good standing, but I will not be bullied into accepting this kind of behavior or paying for something I didn't buy or bills I don't feel I owe.

The creditors always run the credit reports to force you into paying to keep your credit good. Your credit is being destroyed while you are trying to work things out. I don't owe these people anything and they can are trying to destroy my credit rating.
