They charged my credit card 14.95 and will not answer the phone. They were not authorized to charge my card. This is fraud

I have just read that a lot of other people have been ripped off by this company. They need to be stopped. I have tried to call with no one answering the phone. The number is 877-481-6826. From what I have read they have charged people more than once. I was charged 14.95 and told there would be no charge because I did not use there services. Please lets stop this company for people who can't take the time to stop them.
