If I Had Only Come To complaint First! Waits until YOU call back so the retro refund will be smaller!

I purchased a dual temperature wine fridge for my husband in November. I was also smart enough to remember to purchase a warranty, in hopes that if anything went wrong, it would be honored and a good outcome would be had. NOT! When I called about the LED lights not working properly after a few months they took my information and said that they would research it and get back to me. That was April, it is not June and they still have not called me back. So when I called them today, they told me that they would not be able to fix the LED temperature read out lights. I had hoped if that were the case that they would send me the next best unit they had available or on hand... Not so. They want to give me a retro-based refund! WHAT I said? Most companies would bend over backwards to keep your business as well as having a good word on the streets about their company, however, this is not on the moral compass or agenda over at Compact Appliance, which is owned by Richlund Ventures, Inc out of Texas. It so infuriates me when companies blow off their customers with band-aid solutions. Oh sorry miss, your fridge readout won't work, but here is half of what you paid for the P.O.S.orginally... Have a great day! Stay away from Compact Appliance, Hot Water Source, EdgeStar, Living Direct and Portable Air Shop, all companies are owned by Richlund Ventures. All this company is interested in doing is selling you Half-Ass and damaged products as new and then doing nothing about it when you call about it, even if you have a warranty.
