We are one of many couples who paid MRI (MacAnthony Realty) for furniture. We paid them in February. It is now June and they still refuse to give us a delivery date. On Tuesday 1th June we got a telephone call from them in which they said the furniture would be delivered within two weeks. They also asked us to stop sending negative comments to the blog site "Eye on the World" and to this site. Since then the Eye On The World site (Marina Beach, Morocco - section) has been "suspended." All the other MRI clients who had similar stories to ours were also all removed.

We refuse to be silent and so we are again high-lighting this company's outrageous treatment of us.

They have refused to return our money, refused to give an installation date, ignored requests to tell us where they have (they say) our furniture "in storage." For months they repeatedly told us that they could not install the furniture until our title deeds were in place. These are now in place for weeks. But... We have found other MRI clients who DID have their furniture installed by MRI without ever having their title deeds!

Some of these clients found that the furniture installed was of "rubbish" quality, did not even fit in the rooms, had items missing etc.

We have now complained to the European Consumer Centre in Dublin, Ireland, and are following their advice as to how to proceed. We would be glad to hear from other MRI clients who are experiencing similar treatment from this Spanish-based company.
