Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL Yelling in the phone!

Well, I get a vm from the same lady every other day screaming in my voicemail telling me to stop being such a loser and pick up my phone telling me there is no way that I could actually have a life with all of the debt that I have created and so on and so on. It is the craziest thing I have ever heard! When I call back I also, in return, get her voicemail... I have, as of today, decided that I am going to start saving the voicemails in hope to have the opportunity to play them back to the head of this department, but from what I have read, that entire company is lead by a group of UN-professionals! I have yet to hear or read one positive thing about this organization! They are like this huge cult of ragging bullies! Their HR department should consider a free anger management program for all personnel.
