Harvey Chichester - Durall Flooring
Poor quality, poor customer service, total rip-off Bloomington Minnesota

We hired harvey chichester to install a new floor in our kitchen area of a new candy store. The result was terrible. We have had him return 3 times to fix the problems and they still are there. The 3rd time he returned he just left when he finished without a word.

We also reported him to the better business bureau, which on his emails it said he was a member of, they say not.

After the fact we found out that he had debited our account prior to the installation so we couldn't even hold payment on this poor product.

We have had our floor for 19 days now in use, we will have to unfortunately pay someone to come and repair this, as there are already stains in the floor, to say nothing of the whole appearnce of it..
