Ripped Of on Fake Rolex Purchase

I purchased a fake rolex submariner two tone swiss made for $1200.00. The watch broke within 3 months, I tried contacting the seller but the number on the web site goes directly to a voice mail. After leaving about 15 messages. Threatning to contact the better business bureau and authorities. I got a call from a guy named Tom. He told me to go back to the website and order a new watch that because of the time he wouldn't return my money. The only thing was that i had to pay $14.80 for shipping in COD he would split the cost with me... Being desperate and not wanting to lose my $1200.. I stupidly agreed... I got the watch today and it is a used fake broken Corum watch. I am contacting the better business bureau and do all that I can. I contacted Fed Ex and they told me they can't help me...

I am so angry!!! MY father baught me this watch before he left and the thaught that he got ripped of for $1200.00 is killing me
