Preditory Mortgage Refinance Rip off Loan

To Whom it may Concern,
Im a 51 year old single mother of 7 children, I've been living in my home for the past 25 years.
Five years ago my son Tony who was 24 years old, died of Sinus and Brain Cancer, The cancer took his eyesite, his dignity and his life.
On August 26, I refinanced my home through Infinity Mortgage for 159,000 at 7.55% the payments were 1,117.20 dollars per month.
Still never realizing that I signed for a bad mortgage loan, until I recieved a letter of default
I tried to refinance out of this mess, but I got turned down everywhere I went!
I tried everything to get out of this financial mess, but I got no where with anyone from state agencies-hope which is totally unhelpful, A-Z. I have a log of everyone that I called, wrote to, e-mailed.
So I filed bankruptcy February of that made qualifing for help even worse.
Things just kept getting worse, the mortgage kept going up, and I was falling deeper and deeper into a financial hole
I tried to sell my home, with no luck, people that buy houses did'nt even want to pay that kind of money.
I just keep matters worse and filed bankrupcy again December of
I could'nt keep up with those payment either.
My home has been up for sheriff sale numerous times, but I just keep trying to save my home.
I had written a letter to the Dept of Banking
It took a few months but I recieved a letter from my mortgage comp, with all the copies of what I initaled, and my signature.
I could not believe what I did!!! I don't even remember signing those papers
but I did!
On May 9th, I recieved a fax from the mortgage company with a Modification Agreement, and I had to come up with $4,299.00 dollars by May 15th
and if I could keep up with the agreement, they would drop my mortgage from 2,200.00 to 1,800.00 per month
I could not come up with that money on such short notice, I had called NACA, a place where I went for help earlier, and they asked for more time so they gave me an extension for May 28.
I had put together 2,000.00, but the mortgage comp wouldnt except that.
A lawyer from Top Dot had called me, and she was going to charge me 1,000 dollars to help me negotagte with the mortgage company, so I sent her my information and she called them, and got me another extension for June 10.
The next day when I spoke to that attorney, she wasnt very helpful anymore I don't know what the mortgage comp said to her, but i could here it in her voice, she said If I wanted more help I would have to sent her a down payment, I said of course I don't except you to work for nothing, so the more I thought about it, I just let it go..
My last sheriff date is July 1.
My credit is so bad, no one will touch me, I can't even find a rental, as soon as they see my credit, I'm doomed!
I just want some peace, and a lower payment thats more affortable to me.
I love my home, and I don't want to loose it because I made a terrible mistake
