Low Pay Card
Do not activate card if you receive!

Stole $120 out of my bank account!!! Never received kit or catalogue of their ugly merchandise!!! They don't have a representative to answer the phone to cancel! All i receive was another stupid pre-paid card for a larger amount of credit! The first card was for $4,500 and the second card was for $7,500. I received the second card after i sent a email stating i didn't want the card and for a refund. No response! Thieves!!!
