They hide hidden charges and lie

Just to make a long story short they never once mentioned a disconnect fee. Even if you go out of business. And even after a year if your company has no money left in it's account they withdraw Hundreds of dollars from your bank account without any notifictaion at all and will over draft your account.
They sneak the charge in and you must catch it within 24 hours to dispute it.

If you plan to cancel innovated merchant solutions, either close your bank account first or monitor it every 18 hours. They expect you to read all fifty pages and they say the clause is on the second page in bold. That is a crock of crap! It is in smal type and they never mention a contract.in fact they say there is n o contract on the phone! Please spread the word about Innovated merchant solutions unethical practices. I wonder if they report this fee to the I.R. S as 100% profit? Lets see! How about a class action suit in the tune of $10,000 per violation and misleading us the honest small business people.
