200$ for a credit card, yeah right, more like a merchandise card, shoulda known

I also was told that for a one time deposit of 200 dollars i would get a line of credit for 2500 dollars. I would get that 200 dollars back in 4 50 dollar vouchers that could be used to pay for what i spent on the card. What was failed to be mentioned was that it was a line of credit for their catalog only. I really should of known that it was too good to be true.
