Scam Scammed me for $39.95 so far. I only ordered free dvd with shipping charges.internet

I got an email from a grant search company. The offer was for a free dvd. I was to only pay for shipping. I have still not received the dvd and have been charged an additional $39.95 so far. I tried to call the numbers on my bank statement but none of them are good.
I am getting by bank involved because I do not want to be scammed. Do not use INE Grantsearch. Scam!!!
