Wrongfully charged fees every month/pay $150 each month and balance never goes down

I have not used the card this year at all. Every month, I am told I am late and over the limit, even when not late. Their fees push my balance over the limit, but the fees are wrong. I have tried disputing with them, as they say to do on the back of the bill.

It says you are not responsible to pay any of the amounts that are in dispute until it is resolved. So I subtracted the disputed amount and paid the rest of that bill on time. Then, I get a notice that they are charging me a late fee and over the limit fee for that amount (being disputed) that was not paid.

So I called customer service and got a rude agent, so I asked for the supervisor. She was extremely condescending and would not fix my bill.

I pointed out to her that the amount in dispute does not have to be paid until the dispute is resolved, but she told me I was wrong. So I began to read to her from the back of the bill, about the dispute process. She cut me off and said she was "fully aware" of what it said, and that it says that you have to PAY the disputed amount, then if they decide it was their error, they will refund it. That is NOT what it says.

I feel like I have no recourse at all and I am up nights worrying about it. I hope we will find help via a class action suit or something. I can't do this. I have made no purchases and my minimum payments are like $185 per month, but the balance never goes down!!
