Clay Britton has taken hundreds of thousands of dollars from several people for a "land deal" to build condos in Florida. He received the money in and he and his partners have yet to do so much as BUY THE LAND where the proposed condos would be. He stopped taking emails, stopped taking phone calls, got an 18 year old girlfriend (much to his wife's surprise, who was paying all of his bills, by the way), and floats around all over the Southeast trying to outrun people who are after him. DO NOT trust this man with ANYTHING OF YOURS! He is a PSYCHOPATH who will charm and fool you with whatever it takes... Tears, pleas, whatever it takes... To get you to believe his lies. He is currently facing a number of charges by the Florida Dept. Of Law Enforcement and the Florida State Attorney's Office.
