I don't even HAVE a JWH BUT...

I am in the process of selling my home and found out that JWH's listed my land on the peoples 2 lots away contract! Can they DO that, these people never owned my land. I have seen here where people have had their houses built in the wrong place but this time the house was built in the correct place BUT the land's legal description is of MINE not the real JWH buyers. Can anyone help? If anyone knows how to correct this please let me know.
