Took money out of my bank and now I have over draft fees

I got a letter in the mail from my bank. That this company has taken out $19.95 and I also have a over draf fee of $32.00. I tried to call the company and tell them that I didn't tell them that they can do this and the recording gives me a web site to go to and that was a waist of time. So now I'm $51.95 in the whole and its still going deeper in the whole because my bank charges $3.00 ever day the account is short.
